We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team at In The Hands of Angels Home Health Service. CNAs play a vital role in providing hands-on care and support to elderly clients in the comfort of their homes, helping them maintain their health, dignity, and independence.

• Assist clients with daily personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Monitor and record vital signs, health status, and report any changes to supervisors
• Provide mobility support including transfers, walking assistance, and repositioning
• Assist with feeding and ensuring proper nutrition and hydration
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
• Help with light housekeeping and maintaining a clean, safe environment
• Adhere to care plans and follow all safety and health protocols
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals

• Must hold a current and valid CNA certification
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in home care, facility, or related healthcare setting
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willing to obtain upon hire)
• Ability to lift, turn, and assist clients with mobility as needed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

We are looking for compassionate and reliable Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) to join our team at In The Hands of Angels Home Health Service. As a PCT, you will play a key role in delivering personalized, hands-on care to our elderly clients in their homes. Your support will help promote their health, dignity, and independence while ensuring they remain safe and comfortable in their environment.

As a Patient Care Technician at In The Hands of Angels Home Health Service, you will:

• Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure, etc.)
• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Collect specimens for lab testing (urine, blood, etc.)
• Help patients with mobility and transfers
• Respond to patient calls and needs promptly and compassionately
• Maintain clean and safe patient environments
• Document care provided and report changes in condition to medical staff

• High school diploma or GED required
• Completion of a Patient Care Technician or Nurse Aide program
• Certification as a PCT, CNA, or similar (varies by state or employer)
• CPR/BLS certification (required or must be obtained upon hire)
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
• Excellent communication, observation, and organizational skills

We are seeking a Home Health Aide to provide essential personal care and support to clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence and quality of life. HHA will also assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, and companionship, while ensuring the  safety and well-being of the client.

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Support mobility and help with transfers (bed to chair, etc.)
• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying up)
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
• Monitor and report changes in health, behavior, or environment
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Remind clients to take prescribed medications
• Accompany clients to appointments or errands as needed
• Follow care plans and communicate regularly with supervisors

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Completion of a state-approved Home Health Aide training program
• Current CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)
• Proven experience as a home health aide or similar role
• Ability to lift, transfer, and support clients safely
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Background check and valid driver’s license (if required for travel)

• Full-time, part-time, and flexible shifts available
• Must be available for evenings, weekends, and/or holidays as needed
• Ability to travel locally to clients’ homes
